I suspect it was a 50's-era BH&G or some such recipe that is obviously delicious but certainly an unusual combination. Jelly & ketchup do make a nice sauce after all. My mother used to mix apricot jelly and ketchup for a mock asian sweet & sour sauce. There are thousands of variations--different jellies, ketchup, bbq sauces, etc.<BR/><BR/>Don't feel bad about being busy; sometimes life happens that way. I would have loved to see photos from the race! Sounds like a great mother-daughter experience.<BR/><BR/>We are secret fast food junkies ourselves. Taco Bell = delish, and cheap. And LOVING the Lenten fish deal at McD's.
